Refund Policy

The International Journal of Social Sciences Review Archives (IJSSRA) strives to provide fair and transparent policies regarding publication-related payments. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for fees paid to the journal.

1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • Non-Refundable: Once an article has been accepted for publication and the author has paid the Article Processing Charges (APCs), the fee is non-refundable, even if the author later requests withdrawal or the paper is retracted due to ethical violations.

2. Duplicate Payments

  • If an author or institution makes a duplicate payment for the same article or service, the extra amount will be fully refunded upon confirmation of the error.

  • Authors must notify the journal within 30 days of payment to be eligible for a duplicate refund.

3. Service Not Delivered

  • In case of non-delivery of a paid service (e.g., printed copies not received within the committed timeframe), a full or partial refund may be issued based on the cause of delay and agreement with the author.

4. Cancellation of Paid Print Orders

  • Cancellations of print copy orders made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, refunds are only possible if the printing or dispatch process has not yet begun.

5. Bank Charges and Processing Fees

  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for transaction or bank processing fees, depending on the payment gateway used.

6. Disputed Payments

  • In the event of a payment dispute, IJSSRA will engage in communication with the author to resolve the issue fairly and ethically.

  • The journal reserves the right to suspend future submissions from authors who initiate chargebacks without prior communication.
